Welcome to Yukitary (a floating desktop AI secretary app, package name com.winmoon.yuki, "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is independently developed by Winmoon and is not an official product of Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic, and has not been reviewed, sponsored, certified, or endorsed by any of them.
Yukitary 提供懸浮桌面陪伴動畫、AI 文字對話、拍照辨識、螢幕翻譯、記事本、本機行事曆與鬧鐘提醒等功能。部分功能（AI 對話、拍照辨識、螢幕翻譯）採用 BYOK（Bring Your Own Key）模式，需搭配您自行申請的第三方 AI 服務 API 金鑰方可使用。
Yukitary provides a floating desktop companion animation, AI text chat, photo recognition, screen translation, notes, and local calendar/alarm reminders. Some features (AI chat, photo recognition, screen translation) use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model and require your own third-party AI service API key.
You must obtain your own account and API key from a third-party AI provider (e.g. Google Gemini; OpenAI and Anthropic may be added later); any costs incurred through use of that provider are solely your responsibility. Your API key is stored only on your own device; you are solely responsible for any loss arising from a lost device, unauthorized access, or your own disclosure of the key. You must comply with the terms of service and usage policies of the third-party AI provider(s) you choose.
本 App 的對話回覆、拍照辨識結果、翻譯結果，皆由第三方 AI 服務生成，可能包含辨識錯誤、翻譯不準確、內容遺漏或其他不準確之處，僅供參考。開發者不保證其正確性，您應自行判斷並承擔使用該等內容的風險，尤其請勿將 AI 回覆作為醫療、法律、財務等專業判斷的唯一依據。
Chat replies, photo-recognition results, and translation results are generated by third-party AI services and may contain recognition errors, translation inaccuracies, missing content, or other inaccuracies; they are for reference only. The developer does not guarantee their accuracy. You are responsible for evaluating and assuming the risk of relying on such content, and should never treat an AI reply as the sole basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
You must not: use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or circumvent its security mechanisms; or use the App to generate or transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
本 App 的介面設計、角色美術（小雪）、程式碼等，除另有標示外，其智慧財產權歸開發者所有；您在對話、記事本等處自行建立的內容，其權利歸您所有。未經授權，請勿重製、散布或用於商業用途本 App 之美術與程式碼。
The App's interface design, character artwork (Yuki), and source code are owned by the developer unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of content you create yourself (chat messages, notes, etc.). You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the App's artwork or code without authorization.
本 App 規劃透過 Google AdMob 廣告（含觀看廣告解鎖每日額度/內容）與應用程式內購買（換裝造型包，透過 Google Play Billing）提供加值功能。所有付費交易均透過 Google Play 官方金流機制處理，退款事宜請依 Google Play 官方退款政策辦理。
The App plans to offer enhanced features via Google AdMob ads (including watching an ad to unlock a daily quota or content) and in-app purchases (cosmetic outfit packs via Google Play Billing). All paid transactions are processed through Google Play's official billing system; refunds follow Google Play's official refund policy.
開發者保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本 App 部分或全部功能之權利，恕不另行個別通知。因採本機儲存架構，解除安裝本 App 將移除裝置本機儲存的所有資料，請於解除安裝前自行使用備份功能匯出您需要保留的資料。
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the App's features at any time without individual notice. Because the App stores data locally, uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data; please export a backup of anything you wish to keep before uninstalling.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者對於因使用或無法使用本 App，或因第三方 AI 服務中斷、異常所導致的任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊或衍生性損害，不負賠償責任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, or from any interruption or malfunction of a third-party AI service.
本服務條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
我們可能不定期更新本條款，更新後將調整上方「最後更新」日期。持續使用本 App 視為您接受更新後的條款。
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
